Materials & Types of Meetings
Agendas and Board Packets for all meetings are posted at least 48 hours prior to each meeting. Board Packets contain all of the documents and materials; these are the same packets provided to the trustees prior to each meeting.
Meetings are open to the public. Meetings will be rescheduled if they fall on a holiday. As of April 26, 2024, all Board of Trustees meetings are streamed via YouTube. Access livestreams & past Board meetings.
Regular Meetings
Regular Board of Trustees meetings are normally held the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:15 p.m. in the Performing Arts Room of the Educational Resource Center on the main campus at 3301 N. Mulford Road, Rockford, IL.
CotW Meetings
Committee of the Whole (CotW) meetings are normally held the second Tuesday of each month at 5:15 p.m. in the Performing Arts Room of the Educational Resource Center on the main campus at 3301 N. Mulford Road, Rockford, IL.
Special Meetings
Other strategic meetings, retreats, and board committee meetings will be scheduled as necessary. You can find these meetings posted on the college's calendar at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
