RVC Launches Inaugural Assessment Awards
Rock Valley College faculty and staff are very serious when it comes to the quality of education students receive at RVC. For that reason, they understand the need to continually assess what and how students are learning in and out of the classroom. To recognize excellence in assessment, RVC recently honored several faculty and staff members with inaugural assessment awards.

Rock Valley College President Dr. Howard Spearman will be honored with the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK) Paragon Award for New Presidents during PTK Catalyst 2023, the Society’s annual convention in Columbus, Ohio, April 20-22, 2023.
RVC Recognized For Excellence In Financial Reporting
Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to Rock Valley College for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020.
