Rockford Promise, Rock Valley College (RVC), and Rockford University (RU) signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Friday, July 24, 2026, that creates a seamless and affordable pathway for Rockford Promise Scholars to earn a bachelor's degree while remaining in the Rockford region.
