RVC Honors High School Artists At The 30Th Annual Juried Art Show

Creating art isn’t just an expression of individuality and creativity – it can lead individuals wherever they want to go in life. And for nearly 200 area high school students, it led directly to Rock Valley College for the 30th Annual Juried High School Art Show, where their creativity and individuality are on display now through April 5, 2023, in RVC’s Educational Resource Center.

The art show kicked off on March 8 with an opening reception and awards ceremony. Hundreds of students and their families flocked to the event, and several lucky students were honored with awards that included top three, best of show, honorable mention, and juror’s mention.

Congratulations to all of the winners as well as all of those whose work is currently on display through April 5, 2023, at the Rock Valley College Educational Resource Center. Displays are located throughout the lobby as well as on the 2nd floor of the Library. The event is free and open to the public.
