Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request

The request can be in the body of an email/letter or you may choose to use the FOIA Request Form when submitting a request in person. Effective January 1, 2026 that electronic requests for public records appear entirely within the body of the electronic submission. Further, the changes allow the college the ability to verify that the requester is a person within five business days after the receipt of the request. The FOIA form is for in person requests only.
