Adult Literacy Program

The Adult Education Center offers instruction in English as a Second Language, Citizenship, GED, and Beginning Reading, Writing and Math -- all at no charge to students. Participants must:

  • Be 17 or older
  • Not be enrolled or required by state law to be enrolled in secondary school
  • Reside in the Rock Valley College District.
